Thank you for choosing to receive a Reiki session at the Swansea Goddess Temple. Reiki is offered in a peaceful, compassionate, and welcoming environment with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, and wellbeing.

Please Read Before Your Session

 

By booking an appointment, I confirm that:
 

• I am voluntarily choosing to receive a Reiki session.

• I understand that Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice intended to promote relaxation and support my overall sense of wellbeing. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• I understand that I should always seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns and should never stop or alter prescribed medication or treatment because of Reiki.

• I understand that Reiki practitioners at the Swansea Goddess Temple do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or guarantee specific outcomes.

• I understand that I may end the session at any time should I wish to do so.

• I agree to inform my practitioner of any relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect my session.

• I acknowledge that Reiki is received entirely at my own choice and accept responsibility for my health and wellbeing before, during, and after the session.

• I understand that nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Clients Under 18

Reiki may be offered to clients under the age of 18 only with the written consent and physical presence of a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present throughout the entire session.
